Welcome to FinTech Toronto. By accessing or using our website, located at fintechtoronto.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinTech Toronto disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FinTech Toronto does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinTech Toronto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinTech Toronto and its licensors, service providers, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

FinTech Toronto reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

12. Termination

FinTech Toronto may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
